Delray Bungalows Restaurant is located within the City of Delray Beach on 0.22 acres. The existing structure, which is a bank with drive-thru tellers, was remodeled into a 7,700-sf restaurant. The drive-thru area was enclosed and converted to the dining area. Street frontage improvements, including on-street parking, landscaping and utilities, were also part of the project. An adjacent parcel was also remodeled to provide additional parking, landscaping and pedestrian connectivity for the project. Civil services on this project included paving and grading, utility, sediment and erosion control design.
