GLC 22nd is a mixed-use project located in the City of Pompano Beach on 0.45 acres. The project consists of 67 garden-style apartments, with rooftop pool, and 1,800 sf of first floor retail and garage parking. Street frontage improvements, including on-street parking, landscaping and storm drainage, were also part of the project. Civil services on this project included site layout, paving and grading, stormwater management, utility, sediment and erosion control design. Stormwater design included raingardens, exfiltration trench and injection wells. The project was entitled through the City of Pompano Beach in Broward County.
