Fox Flights

Located at North Perry Airport in Pembroke Pines, Fox Flights consists of 37 new light aircraft tie-downs and two new taxiways. The project sits on 2.96 acres of the North Perry Airport and is publicly owned by Broward County and privately managed and operated by Fox Flights. Civil services on this project included site layout, paving and grading, stormwater management, utility, sediment and erosion control design, entitlements, permitting and construction phase services. The drainage system was designed for stormwater to be conveyed overland to a dry retention facility which treats the entire site. The project was permitted through the City of Pembroke Pines, Broward County and the South Broward Drainage District.

GLC 22nd

GLC 22^nd is a mixed-use project located in the City of Pompano Beach on 0.45 acres. The project consists of 67 garden-style apartments, with rooftop pool, and 1,800 sf of first floor retail and garage parking.

Fox Flights

Mario Townhomes

This townhome project consists of 11 units located on 1 acre in the City of Fort Lauderdale. In addition to the garaged townhomes, a new private access road and guest parking area was included along with a drainage system and utility extensions.

Heller Residence

The Heller Residence is a single-family residence located on a 0.18-acre lot in Fort Lauderdale. The home is 4,000 sf in the Spanish Colonial style architecture, designed by Austin Fox Architecture.

Delray Bungalows Restaurant

Delray Bungalows Restaurant is located within the City of Delray Beach on 0.22 acres. The existing structure, which is a bank with drive-thru tellers, was remodeled into a 7,700-sf restaurant.

Barker Residence

The Barker residence is a beautiful waterfront home located on the Marchetta River in Fort Lauderdale. The home sits on 0.18 acres and is 2,200 sf and has 3 separate garage entrances, a large, covered patio, pool, jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace.
